These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VoyagePro platform operated by Voyage-Pro (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including our public website, client portal, and related travel services. By creating an account, submitting a reservation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
This document is not a privacy policy. It sets out your rights and obligations when using our platform and services. For how we collect and use personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
1Acceptance of the agreement
By registering, signing in, browsing trips, or submitting a reservation request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to this agreement.
2Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
3Our services
VoyagePro provides an online platform to browse published voyages, view offers, submit reservation requests, access documents and invoices (when available), and participate in the Voyage Elite loyalty program. Trip descriptions, prices in Algerian dinars (DZD), dates, and inclusions are shown on each voyage page. A reservation request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.
4Reservations and payments
When you submit a reservation, you agree that the information provided is complete and accurate. Confirmation, payment methods, and amounts due will be communicated by our agency according to the specific trip and booking conditions. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed. Seasonal discounts shown on the site apply only while the offer is published and subject to availability. Unless otherwise stated, payment terms (deposit, balance, accepted methods) are defined at confirmation and may include bank transfer or other methods agreed with the agency.
5Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Modification and cancellation rules depend on the voyage, supplier policies, and how close the departure date is. Contact us as early as possible to request a change or cancellation. Applicable fees, credits, or refunds will be explained based on your booking conditions and third-party operator rules. We are not responsible for costs arising from missed departures, incomplete travel documents, or failure to meet itinerary requirements.
6Voyage Elite loyalty program
Eligible clients may earn loyalty points when reservations are marked paid or confirmed, as described on the platform. Tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold), point thresholds, and perks may be updated from time to time. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of error, fraud, or account closure. Membership cards and QR codes are for identification and program use only.
7Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including: attempting unauthorized access to admin or other users’ data; uploading malicious content; scraping or automated abuse; impersonating others; or using the service for unlawful purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit trip content or branding without our written permission.
8Intellectual property
The VoyagePro name, logos, website design, text, images, and software are owned by or licensed to the operating agency and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the client portal for legitimate travel booking purposes. Trip photographs and operator materials may be subject to third-party rights.
9Disclaimers
The platform and trip information are provided “as is” and “as available.” We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions, prices, or availability are error-free at all times. Travel involves inherent risks (delays, weather, health requirements, visa rules). You are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, and health compliance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our staff shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or travel services, including lost profits or missed connections, except where caused by our proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our aggregate liability related to a specific confirmed booking is limited to the amounts you paid to us for that booking, unless a higher minimum is required by law.
11Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith contact with our team. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Algeria unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
12Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated via the website or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
